Becker & Poliakoff Restructures its Community Association Practice in Central Florida

Becker & Poliakoff is pleased to announce the reorganization of its Maitland-based Central Florida office naming attorney Chris Draper, a firm shareholder who led that office from 1994 through 2008, to resume responsibility for the oversight of the firm's community association clients in the region. Mr. Draper, who has been practicing in the firm's West Palm Beach office since 2008, brings twenty-plus years of experience in all facets of community association law. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Florida Chapter of the Community Association Institute and is a frequent lecturer on issues impacting condominium and homeowners association law. Additionally, the firm named Kevin Miller, the statewide leader of the firm's foreclosure practice, to supervise the team of lawyers and paralegals handling those matters for community association clients throughout Central Florida.

The Construction team is led by two board certified construction legal experts, Claramargaret Groover and Scott Kiernan, both long time Orlando area attorneys. Keith Broll is the attorney in charge of the region's business litigation practice.
