BECKER & POLIAKOFF ATTORNEY STEVEN B. LESSER NAMED FLORIDA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION “VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR”

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, October 7, 2010 – Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., a diversified commercial law firm with more than 125 attorneys in 13 Florida offices, New York City, New Jersey, Nassau (Bahamas) and Prague, today announced that Steven B. Lesser, a shareholder and Board Certified Construction attorney, was honored by the Florida Youth Soccer Association as the 2010 TOPSoccer Volunteer of the Year.

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities. Organized by US Youth Soccer, the program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability.

The Award to Mr. Lesser was made at the annual meeting in Orlando of the Florida Youth Soccer Association. Mr. Lesser has served as a coach and Junior Division representative for the Boca Raton chapter of TOPSoccer for five years.
