as Bankruptcy Section Member of Board of Governors
 Chicago —5/05/07. During its recent national convention in Chicago, Illinois the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) announced new members to their Board of Governors including new Bankruptcy Section Member, Ivan Reich of Becker & Poliakoff, a Florida law firm with 14 offices around the state and additional offices overseas. Based in Ft. Lauderdale , Mr. Reich is a shareholder of the firm who concentrates his practice exclusively in bankruptcy law and related business litigation matters.
Ivan Reich has served in CLLA leadership positions for over a decade and has been a member since 1990. When asked why he chooses to devote his professional and personal time to the League he said, “The CLLA is important to my business, to our industry, and to our nation. It provides outstanding education opportunities and a forum for professionals who focus on bankruptcy and creditor's rights,” he said. “On a personal level, I have developed deep friendships with Members around the country.
