Gaming

Our Firm represents more gaming related clients (casino owners, operators, equipment manufacturers, distributors, hotels, developers of retail entertainment and gaming) than any other law firm in Florida. Our attorneys provide gaming related legal counsel including: drafting gaming legislation, contracts, disclosures, licensing, distribution agreements, value and property tax adjustments, litigation, land use and zoning, development, incentive agreements collections and state and local lobbying. As such, we have been involved in the major Legislative and Executive branch, Agency and Court decisions regarding gaming in Florida.

Shareholder, Alan Koslow leads our gaming and hospitality law practice. He serves as outside corporate counsel to Isle of Capri's Isle Casino and Racing at Pompano Park, special counsel to the Westin Diplomat Hotel and also serves as special Florida Counsel to numerous publicly traded and international gaming operators, manufacturers, and suppliers. The Miami Herald profiled gaming law in South Florida and recognized Mr. Koslow as the one of the premier gaming lawyers in South Florida.
