Becker & Poliakoff announces its 36th Annual Community Association Leadership Conference series beginning on January 24, 2012 through March 23, 2012 at various locations throughout the state.

This FREE conference will focus on  new laws impacting Florida's shared ownership communities. Attendees will learn about significant amendments enacted during the 2011 legislative session in Tallahassee, as well as get an update on new case law.  A special feature: a panel discussion focusing on covenant enforcement "How To Maintain Smooth Operations at Your Community". The 2011 Florida Legislative Session came to an end upon adjournment on Saturday, May 7.  House Bill 1195, sponsored by Rep.
