Professional Experience:
Cara Thomas is an attorney in the Firm's Community Association Law Group where she represents condominium, cooperative, and homeowner's association clients in areas including corporate governance, contracts, and enforcement of association covenants and bylaws. Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Ms. Thomas served as In House Counsel to a commercial real estate developer where she was involved in all aspects of leasing, including negotiating and drafting commercial leases for a variety of local and national shopping center tenants.
