Professional Experience
Mr. Stempler focuses his practice in the areas of construction litigation, government bid protests, and community association litigation. He has represented clients in many sectors of the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, design professionals, sureties, and manufacturers. In the government procurement arena, he represents private companies doing business with government agencies during the solicitation, bidding, negotiation and protest process. His background also includes handling commercial litigation and catastrophic injury matters.
Prior to law school Mr. Stempler was a television news writer and producer.
