Professional Experience
Loretta K. Prettyman has been in private practice for over twenty-five years. She concentrates in the areas of residential and commercial project development, including leasing and financing., and is experienced in antitrust defense and foreclosure litigation, federal and state regulatory compliance on behalf of major lending institutions, commercial and residential leasing, purchases and sales, condominium conversions, drafting condominium and homeowners’ documents, and title examination.
Activities & Memberships
Ms. Prettyman is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and is a regular volunteer with Greyhound Pets of America, working to care for and place retired racing greyhounds.
