Professional Experience
Mr. Mollengarden has spent his entire legal career concentrating on Community Association Law including several years as an attorney in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Activities & Memberships
Mr. Mollengarden served for two years as the Maryland Subcommittee chairman of the Legislation Committee of the Metropolitan Washington Chapter of Community Associations Institute. He also has served as a speaker at several seminars sponsored by the Community Associations Institute. He was selected to serve on the Montgomery County Homeowners Association Task Force. The Task Force was instrumental in introducing state and county legislation regulating community associations.
