Professional Experience
Tracy A. Mitchell practices primarily in the litigation and community association practice groups. She counsels community association clients in areas including contract and real estate litigation, covenant enforcement, collections, and foreclosure. Additionally, Ms. Mitchell supervises the Fort Lauderdale office’s high volume assessment collection and foreclosure department. Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Ms. Mitchell practiced primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation.
