Brian Miles

Professional Experience
A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Brian Miles is an attorney in the Firm’s Community Association Practice Group providing advice and counsel to board members and professional managers of multi-family housing communities throughout Southwest Florida. Mr. Miles is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate which provides him with added knowledge and insights into various issues impacting his communities including, for example, foreclosures, landlord/tenant issues and contract negotiations.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Miles served as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. His positions included Company Fire Support Officer, Media Relations Officer, Detachment Commander, and Brigade Operations Officer.

Activities & Memberships
Mr. Miles is an active Board Member of the West Point Society of Naples and serves as an Emergency Shelter Manager for the American Red Cross during Hurricane Season. He is also a member of the Condominium Owners, Managers and Associates Networking Club (COMA).
