Professional Experience
Gregory Marler is an attorney in the Firm's Community Association and Real Estate Groups. His experience includes representation of condominium and home owners associations handling issues such as corporate governance, vendor contracts and the enforcement of association covenants, rules and by laws. Additionally, as a real estate practitioner, he spent several years representing property owners in the acquisition and disposition of properties including industrial park, hotel, commercial office, and high-end residential properties. His experience also includes the formation, governance and merger and acquisition of numerous and various business entities.
