Professional Experience
Neil Levinson is Board Certified in Construction law by the Florida Bar. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory which is its highest professional rating based on his years of experience and endorsement by his colleagues in the areas of professional conduct, ethics and ability. Following law school, Mr. Levinson clerked with the Honorable Thomas E. Scott, U.S. District Court for Southern District of Florida. Since that time, he has focused his practice primarily in the areas of Construction Law, Construction Counseling, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, Insurance Defense Litigation and Appellate Practice. With broad experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters, Mr. Levinson has been successful in establishing new rulings of law before various tribunals in the area of construction law, providing additional defenses to his governmental and private clients. He has represented private businesses, governmental agencies and individuals in these areas.
Activities & Memberships
Mr. Levinson is a member of the Board of Directors for the James Junior Fund, a charitable organization dedicated to eradicating children’s cancer and other adolescent life threatening diseases.
