Mr. Levine is a shareholder in the firm and leads the Firm's statewide real estate litigation practice. He is AV rated (the highest level attainable) by Martindale Hubbell, and has extensive trial and appellate experience having practiced in Florida since 1981.
Mr. Levine’s litigation experience includes defending real estate developers against claims by buyers who try to back out of purchase contracts as well as in other disputes relating to land acquisition, title, easement rights, construction liens (and payment bond claims), and real estate partnership disputes.
