Professional Experience
Mr. Keegan practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Collections and Foreclosures, Admiralty and Maritime Law and Insurance Disputes and represents the Firm’s clients in cases involving complex insurance, business and covenant enforcement issues. Additionally, Mr. Keegan supervises the West Palm Beach office’s high volume assessment collection and foreclosure department. He is an experienced litigation attorney who has represented cruise lines, vessel owners, operators and charterers, concessionaires, cargo interests, marine insurance underwriters, protection & indemnity associations and marine lenders in admiralty and maritime matters including civil trial practice and appeals in state and federal courts throughout the state of Florida, focusing on personal injury and property damage cases, insurance subrogation, environmental matters and cargo and marine issues.
