Professional Experience
Allison Hertz is an attorney in the Firm’s statewide Community Association practice group. She assists Board members and professional property managers with day to day operational issues, covenant enforcement, governance and other legal issues affecting the functioning of condominium, cooperative, and home owners associations. Ms. Hertz served as an intern at Becker & Poliakoff while attending law school. She gained valuable experience in community association law, real estate, local government, and land use law while interning as a law student at Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. and other firms.
