Professional Experience
Anne Hathorn is an attorney in the Firm's Community Association Law Group where she represents condominium, cooperative and homeowner's association clients in areas including corporate governance, contracts and enforcement of association covenants and by laws.
Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Ms. Hathorn served as In House Counsel to a property developer where she was involved in all aspects of condominium conversions ensuring compliance with state condominium laws, drafting purchase and sale agreements, landlord tenant actions and management of all aspects of the condominium association. She also has experience as a commercial litigation attorney in areas such as insurance regulation and coverage and foreclosure litigation. Bar Admission
