Professional Experience
Sarah Guess Díaz focuses her practice on real estate transactions, including the finance, development, acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real property. She has extensive experience in the title insurance industry, including the establishment and management of the branch office of a national title insurance underwriter. Sarah is an authorized agent for Fidelity National Title, First American Title, LandAmerica and Attorneys’ Title. She is also an authorized member of Attorneys’ Mortgage Services and a licensed real estate salesperson.
Activities & Memberships
An active member of the real estate professionals community, Ms. Díaz is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Miami Dade Board of Realtors. She is also a member of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and Attorneys’ Mortgage Services. Ms. Diaz is also a founding Board Member of the Young Professionals Committee of the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society.
