Professional Experience
Kenn Goff is an experienced litigation attorney who has handled a broad range of legal disputes at both the trial and appellate level in state and federal court. He has practiced law in Florida since 1986, concentrating his practice in the areas of Construction, Commercial, Product Liability, Mass Tort, and Insurance Coverage litigation. With a degree in mechanical engineering, Mr. Goff provides clients, including owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, manufacturers, and distributors, with a unique technical perspective on their legal issues.

• Represented domestic and foreign automobile, truck, and other product manufacturers and distributors in product liability (design defect, manufacturing defect, failure to warn), warranty and subrogation actions;
• Represented manufacturers in mass tort and toxic tort matters, including asbestos, factor concentrate/hemophiliac, and latex glove litigation;
• Litigated commercial and civil disputes concerning contract, fraud, collection, garnishment, and insurance coverage matters;
• Litigated premises liability and personal injury matters.
