Professional Experience
Adam Cervera is a member of the Firm's Community Association Litigation Practice Group where he focuses on Community Association and Foreclosure Law. Adam's practice includes all aspects of Community Association related litigation, foreclosures, and collections.
Mr. Cervera served as a law clerk with Becker & Poliakoff while in law school gaining experience in a variety of areas such as community association law, civil litigation, real estate, and foreclosure laws.
Honors and Awards
During law school, Adam was a three time Dean's list recipient and received three CALI book awards, which are given to the student who receives the highest grade in the course. With over three semesters worth of Clinical Experience working in various realms of the Miami-Dade criminal court system, Mr. Cervera received the inaugural Excellence in Service to the Clinical Program Award in 2009. In addition, Mr. Cervera served on the F.I.U Law Review Editorial Board as an Articles Editor and served his fellows students for two years on the Student Bar Association.
