Professional Experience
Mr. Burg concentrates on issues involving condominium, cooperative and homeowners association law, as well as corporate, real estate and franchise law. He practiced as in-house counsel with a major national corporation dealing with commercial, corporate, real estate and franchise law.
Activities & Memberships
Mr. Burg is a member of the Board of the Broward County Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. In addition, he is a member of the American Bar Association and Florida Bar Association, including the Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, the Section on Business Law, and the Committee on Franchise Law. Mr. Burg is a frequent lecturer on topics related to community association operations and a participant in regular programs devoted to educating property managers, board members and professionals servicing the community association field.
