Sean C. Boynton

Professional Experience
Mr. Boynton is a member of the Firm’s Construction Litigation group. He focuses on construction issues including warranty claims, mold claims, building code claims and post hurricane recovery issues. In the area of construction, he has concentrated his practice on the representation of owners including first party claims against insurers, construction contracts, construction lien law matters and litigating construction claims. Prior to joining the firm he was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Judge Advocate and as a CH-46E Helicopter pilot. He gained valuable experience representing clients in federal felony and misdemeanor jury and non-jury trials as well as in the areas of estate planning, collections, family law and contracts.
