Professional Experience
Belinda Bacon is a Board Certified Construction Lawyer by the Florida Bar and a registered Florida Professional Engineer and attorney who practices exclusively in the area of Construction Law and Litigation.

Ms. Bacon's experience includes representation of owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers in a variety of construction related litigation and transactional matters, in both the public and private sector. She has handled issues related to contract drafting and negotiation, delay claims, and Florida's construction lien law in many projects throughout the state of Florida. She recently prevailed in a trial on behalf of a condominium association, discharging a $600,000 construction lien claim.
