Gil Makov heads GilMakov-Advocates specializes in the fields of corporate, business, commercial, real estate and mediation.
Being the Chairman of OBV Ltd. a business development company owned by the Makov family, he is actively involved in structuring joint ventures, identifying strategic partners & advancing other business initiatives & opportunities for its clients. He earned his law degree (LL.B, 1965) from the Hebrew University, and is certified as Foreign Legal Consultant (Israeli Law) by the Supreme Court of Florida.
Dan Makov specializes in the fields of Corporate, Commercial, M & A, Real Estate, Civil litigation & Wills & Estates. Dan earned his LL.B degree from the University of Buckingham, UK (1991) his LL.M in International Banking Law from Boston University School of Law (1992) and had spent a year as a visiting Attorney with Hogan & Hartson LL.P, Washington DC. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1993.
Ariel Makov specializes in the fields of corporate, commercial technology transactions, software licensing, marketing agreements, joint venture & support & Franchise agreements. Ariel earned his LL.B (with Honors) in the University of Reading, UK 1995, his LL.M in New York University School of Law (1996) and had spent a year with Hogan & Hartson LL.P in its Washington DC & McLean VA.
