Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. is one of the top 20 foreign owned law firms in the Czech Republic. Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1992. Becker & Poliakoff, v.o.s. provides specialized services in the area of commercial, civil and international law. The Prague office is the official representative of Enterprise Florida, the economic development organization of the State of Florida, U.S.A. Its role is to help Czech companies expand their business in the U.S. and specifically in Florida.
The Prague office has four partners. All are on the register of attorneys of the Czech Chamber of Lawyers. Firm founder, Alan Becker, is also licensed to practice in the Czech Republic. In addition to the partners, other attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff assist our clients. The lawyers and the office staff are able to provide legal services in Czech, English and Russian. Rudimentary communication is also possible in German. In addition to our traditional legal practice, Becker & Poliakoff Praha, s.r.o. also operates in the Czech Republic providing strategic consulting and marketing services to clients interested in operating in the Czech market as well as government relations services for clients doing business with the government.
